Why me?

I’m having one of those days, months, times when the “Why me” question has reared its ugly head and my focus is a little all over the place. So I decided to try a new perspective…

It works – I still have my moments – but on the whole it works. It’s about choices – how you choose to see things, how you choose to respond to them, and how you continue to respond to the outcomes of every successive choice. So my resolution for the month is, every time I make a mistake, to raise my arms and exclaim “how fascinating”! Try it – how do you feel now – like someone looking in – feel there’s a bit of distance between you and the you that made the mistake – suddenly it doesn’t look as bad or unforgivable or embarrassing, does it?
