Making money for CHOC

I am thrilled to announce that CHOC raised approximately R500k from auctions at their fundraiser. The universe really has a way of keeping you upbeat. Just when you become hectically cynical you go to an event such as this and you see people dig deep and give freely to help people they don’t even know.

I also MC’d a golf day for the Leopard Conservation Project. The LCP was established in 2000. The LCPs work includes protection of leopard, research and education. For more information or if you want to get involved go to www.leopardcon.co.za.

November’s fundraisers include WOW and WAG (12 November) and the Beeld Children’s Fund (29 November).
