It was dog-washing in Krugersdorp. A bunch of us went along to wash dogs, repair kennels and paint buildings. It was a great way to spend a sunny Sunday morning, if somewhat heart-breaking. Two families arrived to leave their dogs. They were so terribly cut-up about it. If you can give a dog a home or spend some time at an animal shelter please do so.
