The East Coast Radio Big Walk on 7 June attracted about 13000 walkers – more people than the comrades. It was a festive occasion. I sang a few songs from my album and adjudicated a competition. Any member of the audience who thought they had a halfway decent singing voice was invited to join me on stage and repeat a line from a love song which I sang to them. I chose FALL AT YOUR FEET (the Emmanuel Castis version) and they did!!! (fall at my feet that is). I found out that I can and do blush. My thanks to the East Coast team and Durban for the warm welcome and the great opportunity.
